Oh man, you know you got problems when your key rotates more than three hundred and sixty degrees in one direction. I’m going to replace it and I’ll show you how it’s done. Lucky for me I’m locked in not locked out so I can take care of this without having to break a window. I’ve got a key lock inside as well as outside, recommend it for any door like this that has a window easy for a burglar to smash and reach in and turn a latch. with a double cylinder lock, anybody who reaches in is in for a surprise because if the key’s not there they still can’t open the door very easily. thought we’d take a look inside my locks box. I’ve got the Allen key that opens this lock-set. couple of quick turns… the inside cylinder just drops away and then the outside cylinder also comes off. obviously something’s wearing out.
